The Tswala Property Stokvel objectives are:

1. Assisting members who could not afford to buy properties on their own, to own a share in a number of properties through the Stokvel;

2. Pooling funds together and investing in properties as a group;

3. Earning passive income without getting involved in property management;

4. Enabling members to earn a return on their investment either through dividends and

5. Building a lasting legacy for its members and their beneficiaries.

The Stokvel funds will be invested towards acquiring, development and redevelopment of investment properties to earn rental income.

Member benefits

1. All members of the Stokvel will become beneficiaries of the Trust.

2. In accordance with their contributions, members will receive annual dividends from the Trust, depending on the financial performance of the operating company

3. Members will learn, while they invest!
